What we collect
When you request a quote, we receive your name, phone number, contact preference, selected services, city and the property details you choose to share. You can optionally include notes, property photos and interest in recurring care. If you call us, your phone number is visible to us as it would be on any call.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to contact you about your quote, schedule work and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Quote requests are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. Property photos are attached to your quote email. They are not published on the site.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. It stores your selected service IDs in session storage on your device to keep your choices consistent between pages. It does not store contact details or photos in that storage. Your service selection expires when your browser session ends.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to respond to you and keep ordinary business records, and no longer.
